1.1. Dear visitors on the www.wunderchild.com website, please familiarise yourselves with the present General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website. If you use this website, you agree to these conditions and accept them unconditionally.

II. PARTIES TO THE SERVICE CONTRACT

2.1. The present General Terms and Conditions set up the relationship between  WunderChild.com (www.wunderchild.com) and every User of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

2.2. WunderChild.com (www.wunderchild.com) is a virtual Site on the Internet which gives the User the opportunity to get an initial idea of their current quality state in four categories (Memory, Calculations, Creativity, Logic) through an interactive test in the form of a game. The User receives a report via e-mail, and also has access to that report in their profile on the Site. All reports give only an initial general idea of the presence of talents.

2.3. A User is every natural person who uses the services provided by the Site.

III. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. WunderChild.com (www.wunderchild.com) is a virtual Site on the Internet which gives the User the opportunity to get an initial idea of their current quality state in four categories (Memory, Calculations, Creativity, Logic) through an interactive test in the form of a game. The User receives a report via e-mail, and also has access to that report in their profile on the Site. All reports give only an initial general idea of the presence of talents. 

3.2. It’s important to know that the information given on the Site does not replace a consultation with the respective specialist and the Site is not liable for the actions of the Users as a result of its use. 

IV. REGISTRATION

4.1. The use of the Site’s services is possible only after preliminary registration, creation of a user profile and signing in with the user name and password. The registration is entirely free.

4.2. By registering on the Site you agree to be bound by the present General Terms and Conditions and all subsequent changes to them and undertake to comply with them.

4.3. The Users are obligated to familiarise themselves with the present Terms of Use of the Site. If they don’t agree to the Present General Terms and Conditions, they shouldn’t use the Site. The use of the services of the WunderChild.com (www.wunderchild.com) Site  shall be considered an agreement to its Terms of Use.  

4.4. The provision of personal information by the User shall be considered a consent for the collection and use of the same in accordance with the present General Terms and Conditions.

4.5. The contract between the parties shall take effect from the moment an agreement is reached in the form of an explicit declaration of will on the part of the User through their registration on the Site.

V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1. WunderChild.com has the right, but not the obligation, to keep information and reports generated through a game (test) by the User of the Site.

5.2. The User has the right to use the site entirely free after accepting the General Terms and Conditions and registering.

5.3. WunderChild.com has the right (or has the obligation) to send emails to the registered User in order to provide information regarding a talent or to make various inquiries, surveys or other questions.

5.4. The administrators of the Site have the right to deny access to the services of the Site unilaterally and without prior notice and to deactivate the User’s user name, as well as to delete all reports and information, entered by the User on the Site.

VI. OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1. When using the Site’s services on a computer or another device with Internet access, cookies may be stored on the end device of the User – these are small text files that give the User the opportunity to navigate without interruption, since their preferences will be remembered and the authentication for some parts of the Site will be remembered.

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

7.1. The owners of the Site provide all services for free, but do not guarantee their constant functioning, nor their ability to fulfill the wishes and goals of the User, nor full satisfaction with them. By accepting the present General Terms and Conditions the User shall agree that they shall use the Site’s services at their own risk and responsibility.

7.2. The owners of the Site are not liable, if the services are not provided due to unforeseeable and insurmountable circumstances which are beyond their control and for which the owners are not responsible.

VIII. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. In view of the periodic supplementation, amendment and extension of the services provided, the General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by the Site. In that case the Site shall notify the Users by publishing such changes on the Site where every User can read them carefully.

IX. COPYRIGHT

9.1. All rights are reserved and belong to the owners of the Site. All intellectual property rights over the information resources and materials published on the Site are under the protection of the Copyright Act in force and related rights, and the unregulated use of such resources and materials shall be considered a legal offence and shall lead to statutory liability in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force.

X. CONFIDENTIALITY

10.1. If the User registers and provides personal details or any other information whatsoever to WunderChild.com (www.wunderchild.com), the Site declares and undertakes not to disclose in any way any personal information to third parties in breach of the legal provisions, ethics and good morals.

10.2 WunderChild.com (www.wunderchild.com) guarantees the confidentiality of any personal information that has become known in connection with the use of the Site’s services. WunderChild.com (www.wunderchild.com) undertakes to guarantee the privacy of the information containing personal details which the Users provide online by filling in the registration application.

The present General Terms and Conditions of the Site have been adopted on 1st of June, 2017.
